Hi everybody!

Two more final items of business:

1) Your team pictures are in! I have them all - and they turned out great.

2) I need to turn in your uniforms on Saturday the 19th. I'll need the pants, jerseys, and belts (you get to keep the hats and socks).

I realize some of you will be using the uniforms for the tournament this weekend - so let's tentatively plan to swap next week - I'll give you the team pictures and your uniform deposit and you give me the uniform. I will plan to be home on Monday the 14th from 6p.m. to 9p.m. We're at 6108 Scenic Road. If it doesn't work for you that night, just let me know and I can arrange to meet you another time or come to your house to do the swap.

Oh yes - in case you didn't receive the ETLL email on the sandlot games - I've copied the information below. Great chance to play some more baseball this summer.

Hello ETLL Families, Not ready to quit playing baseball? Here is a great opportunity forthe kids and families to have some more fun and to play with their friends.

Due to the planned construction at Bennett this summer, Sand LotBaseball will take place at the fields behind Groveland Elementary School, which is a few blocks north of Bennett, just east of the intersection of 101 and Minnetonka Blvd. (17310 Minnetonka Blvd.55345)

ETLL Sand Lot Baseball is open to all players that played CP6, CP7,8A, 9AA, 10AAA, NL and AL in 2008. You do not need to register for Sand Lot. Just show up when you can and play. Groveland can support up to three games so we will divide the players by age, make teams and play. We will do our best to have friends play together. Gro-Tonka is available if we have a bumper crop of players.

Bases, balls and a limited amount of equipment will be available.Players should bring their own gloves and helmets, (and bat if they like). All your equipment needs to be well marked with your name and phone number. (Sorry, there is no lost and found.)

This is not a 'drop-off-league', if you bring someone to play you are there to stay ...bring a book. We will need coaches so help is wanted. (Remember this is sand lot, not the regular season, so the coaches just facilitate the games and let the kids have fun.)

Parking: There is plenty of parking off Minnetonka Blvd behind the school gymnasium or even more parking off Groveland Park Rd. on the west side of the school.
