Thank you to the Mitchell family for hosting a very fun end of season party at their neighborhood beach. Fun was had by all!!

If you did not pay Jenny the $39, please drop a check in the mail to the address listed below. This covers treat tickets, the frames for the coaches and the picture in the newspaper.

We also need to collect your son's jersey, belt and pants. I know some of you have turned in one or all of the items below. I have your deposit check on file, if I do not receive all three items, I will turn your check over to ETLL, if I do receive the items, please let me know if you want your check back or if I should shred your check.

Please drop off your son's jersey, belt and pants to the address above. You can leave it on our front porch.
From Hwy. 7 go south on Hwy 101 to Hanus Road, take a left on Hanus and go to 18904. Please drop the items off this week.

Beach party at the Cedarhurst Beach
Saturday, June 28 after game or Miracle Field game (approx. 2:30 to ?)
The Mitchell's will provide hot dogs, burgers, buns and condiments - and plates/napkins.
They have two coolers, but if anyone else can bring a large one that might be helpful.
Adult beverages are fine. Everyone BYO favorite.
Bring suits, towels and chairs (we have a few down there but not a lot).


Directions:
From 101 and Minnetonka Blvd, head west on Minnetonka Blvd. At first stop sign, go straight. Road is now Northome Boulevard. Go under a stone arch, road veers to the left. Cedarhurst will be the 2nd street on the right hand side - old yellow brick gates. Follow the road to top of hill then down to the lake. Parking is easiest along the docks. My cell number is 612-386-1989 if anyone gets lost.

Hi Team,

On Memorial Day evening @ 6pm we have a great opportunity to join the Minnetonka Millers Baseball team on field as they warm up for their game against the Victoria Vic’s at 7:30pm. Kevin Hoy, Manager of the Minnetonka Millers has invited 3 Sons Installation to join in BP, shag fly balls and soak up the knowledge his players have to offer. In that it’s a later start on Memorial Day (5/26), I hope everyone will be able to make it and even stay to watch the game.

Last call for Twins Tickets. Forms and money are due today!! Please bring your order forms to the game tonight and give the Corinne Kubal (Aaron's mom.) She will collect the orders and turn in to ETLL during our game. They will not be accepting late orders. Tickets will be distributed next week.

Just a reminder about the upcoming ETLL Twins Night. You received a ticket order form in packet I sent in the mail along with the picture order form. Please complete the order form and return to me by no later than this Friday, May 9. Below are details about the event. If our team sells the most tickets, we will get to play a game at the Metrodome!! Sell those tickets!!

This great event raised over $15,000 for Bennett Park and East Tonka Little League in 2007. All we do is go to the game and the Twins give 50% of the ticket price back to our league and park. It’s fun and easy. And because of the 2008 Twins Schedule, we have been able to schedule a Friday night game. Please plan to join us for a very fun night.


This event is for players, families, friends and baseball fans. Tickets will be returned through your Team Parent the week of May 27th, the week of the game. Teams will be seated together by league. Please help by inviting lots of people to join you.


Special prizes: The Twins have offered ETLL and BFP some very fun and special opportunities to enjoy the game.


1.Throw out the first pitch: one player from BFP will throw out the first pitch.

2.Batting Practice Buddies: BFP players will be invited to join batting practice before a regular season game later in the year.

3.Honor Guard: BFP players will make up the Honor Guard before the game.

4.Sing at the 7th Inning Stretch: BFP players will be selected to sing Take Me Out to the Ballgame as part of the 7th inning stretch.

5.Pre-Game Party: Any player that brings 10 or more people will get invited to a special pre-game party at the Metrodome for additional prizes and events.

6.TCF Twins Suite: at our party one player will win the TCF Twins Suite for a game this summer to bring 12 of their friends.

7.Game in the Metrodome: The TEAM that brings the most people will play a game in the Metrodome. You will play the team in your league that brings the second most people.


Please mark May 30th on your calendar and get busy spreading the word. In the past 5 years we have take 1,800, 1,900, 2,600 and 3,600 people to the game; just shy of 10,000 seats sold. We would like to set a new record this year. Please help us.
